The NWA has several opportunities for companies and organizations to participate and gain visibility at the 2012 Annual Meeting in Madison, WI. We have varying levels of Sponsorship, Exhibit Booths and Advertising options.

Sponsorships

No matter the size of your company or organization, we have a sponsorship opportunity that will fit your needs and budget. Sponsorships start at the Patron Level of $500, Bronze of $1000, Silver of $1500 and Gold of $2500. Several sponsor levels have the option to be a sole sponsor for a specific activity, such as the Student Poster session, Awards Banquet and Coffee Breaks. If you are planning to have an exhibit booth, Gold and Silver Sponsors also receive a discount off their booths. Exhibit Booths

The 2012 Annual Meeting will have a dedicated room for exhibit booths. All refreshments will be served in the exhibit hall to ensure visibility of your booth. This is an excellent way for your company/organization to showcase your services, software and equipment. We have several booth/display options from a simple poster display to a standard booth size. We also have a few premium locations, but those are going quickly. Services such as High Speed Wired or Wireless internet as well as electricity are available. Advertising in the Agenda

We have several options for advertising in the printed agenda. Options vary from a full back cover color printed advertisement at $800 to a very low cost option of a black and white business card at $40. All sponsorship opportunities include advertising in the agenda as a benefit which range depending on the sponsorship level.
