Oral presenters: Don’t forget to upload your presentation to the FTP portal – the instructions can be found here: http://www.nwas.org/meetings/ftp_instructions.php. You may upload your presentation at the Annual Meeting. But if you could upload it earlier, that would be appreciated.
In addition, if you would like to expand your abstract or presentation material into a completed paper or a preprint, and have it linked to your presentation entry in the online 2012 Annual Meeting agenda, you need to do so no later than Monday, October 1st. The benefit of the online preprint is it can be cited similar to papers from other conferences that publish preprints. Please see the meeting website (http://www.nwas.org/meetings/nwa2012/) for templates for the preprints / extended abstracts. You can upload your preprint via the NWA website at http://www.nwas.org/index.php.
Late extended abstracts/preprints will be accepted until early December, if you decide you would like to submit one after the Annual Meeting.
